Important - How to Insert the Stem into the Pipe
- NEVER force the stem into the pipe hole – doing so can crack the Catlinite stone.
-
To attach the stem properly:
- Moisten the tapered end of the stem with your lips.
- Insert the stem gently into the pipe bowl while giving it a ¼ turn twist to secure a snug fit.
- The slight moisture helps expand the stem insert slightly, creating a secure attachment.
- DO NOT fully insert or force the pipe-stem into the Catlinite bowl – if the stone breaks, it CANNOT be returned or refunded.
